Write to encourage Hon. James Moore and the Department of Canadian Heriage to support the Canadian Independent Film and Video Fund (CIFVF) by:

Restoring the contribution agreement currently set to expire in 2009, or, implementing a new, re-branded agreement with CIFVF at levels of funding at least equivalent to the current 2008 arrangement.
