On October 25th, DOC’s Executive Director Sarah Spring appeared before the Senate. Sarah discussed the importance of documentary film, and why Bill C-11 is urgently needed. Sarah also explained to the Senate the key role that documentaries play within the sector in supporting a broad spectrum of Canadian storytellers.
